shiny new blog!

ages ago, i had a flash blog (thanks pnts!). i took it down because i couldn't handle all the comment spam at the time. now i've brought it back, although it will be covering not just flash, but PHP, DHTML and anything else i'll be working on.

the existing articles are still here, linked to on the sidebar to your right. i may move those links to a more prominent location, but for now they'll fit there.

i'm using WordPress 1.5.1, which is very nice. i used to use its predecessor, b2, back in the day. the news page is run on WP 1.0.1– this blog is my first experience with 1.5 and the new theme system. i like it! the theme you are looking at is a heavily modified version of the default "kubrick" theme. i may well upgrade the news page to WP 1.5 at some point.

i'll also be seeing how well the default WP settings handle comment/trackback spam and the like.

and let's hope i actually update this blog more often than my last one
