we now have spiders up for adoption! i’d hoped to get these out earlier (before hallowe’en), but better late than never, right?
anyway, you can watch the spider spin a web (it’s different every time!) and feed it flies.
this is our first “spooky” pet. expect more spooky pets in the future!

sorry!!! i know the pets aren’t working again at the moment. i’ll be bringing a new server online soon, hopefully that will help. meanwhile the pets may be hit and miss for the rest of the evening.

if you’re wondering why the graphics are broken and your pets aren’t showing up, it’s because we are having problems with the servers. we are working on this right now and hope to have it fixed soon. sorry for the inconvenience!
UPDATE! it seems to be fixed for the moment. there may be more short outages as i try out some things to make this less likely to happen. thanks for your patience and understanding!
if you adopt a bunny now, you will see that it has a carrot to eat! however, on your web page, you may find that the carrot is not always there. this is because the change can take up to 12 hours to propagate to the coral mirror sites. please be patient… eventually every bunny will get a carrot, all the time 
in related news, i apologize if the pets in general are taking a long time to show up on your websites (especially myspace). i hope to make a change soon that should somewhat improve the reliability of your pets appearing.
